Year: 2024

Scope:  Our team provided feasibility and business case development services for a proposed sweet potato processing line expansion within an existing food manufacturing facility. The project focused on evaluating expansion opportunities, developing conceptual process layouts, establishing preliminary budget costs, and supporting strategic decision-making for future capital investment.

Challenges: Developing realistic budget costing and execution strategies during early project planning stages. Managing evolving project scope, and operational priorities from stakeholders.

Results: Peak developed and presented preliminary capital cost estimates and feasibility recommendations to support client planning and investment discussions. The study was developed to provide the client with a clear understanding of operational impacts, facility requirements, project feasibility, and potential implementation strategies associated with expanding sweet potato production capabilities.
