Year: 2025
Scope: A comprehensive air balance study to improve environmental, sanitation and product protection.
Challenges: The facility was experiencing inconsistent room pressures, condensation concerns, and temperature variabilities across critical production areas.
Results: Conducted detailed field investigation that included air flow measurements of AHU's, RTU's, and space conditions during various production modes. Design vs Actual data was summarized to develop a facility wide air balance model.
Based on the findings system imbalances , infiltrations issues, and under utilized equipment was identified. Clear, actionable recommendations including damper adjustments, control sequence improvements based on production mode, and targeted equipment modifications to stabilize room conditions were provided. FEL-1 cost estimates were submitted focusing on phased capital investment strategy.
