Distribution Shaker Upgrade

Year: 2024

Scope: Upgrade the existing undersized distribution shakers to support higher production rates and improve product distribution performance.

Challenges: Limited available installation space around existing process equipment,  Managing field and new equipment interfaces with existing conveyors and downstream systems.

Results: Peak team successfully delivered the project within the clients operational downtime schedule tailored to the existing factory constraints. In total three new distribution shakers were installed, and commissioned resulting in desired product distribution and throughput rates.
